    Full Job Description and Requirements:
    You will be responsible for collating address data for commercial buildings, doctors’ surgeries, nurseries and land.

    Adding these to the data spread sheets, Sending out letters to potential clients to put their properties on the market with us with correct spelling and accuracy of names addresses.

    You will be producing all content for social media and creating engaging content for website landing pages and Social Media channels.

    • Run administration systems to company standards
    • ​Finding new opportunities for commercial and land. Monitoring and logging all data. Create letters to potential clients for opportunities to sell
    • ​Add address and names to the database
    • ​To prepare Guild Magazine on the Hub with new advertisements and properties. 
    • ​To update and archive files when required
    • ​Answer incoming calls and field as necessary and taking messages
    • ​Checking emails and action accordingly
    • ​Scanning of relevant files and to save in S drive
    • ​Photocopying
    • ​Social Media advertising for sales, lettings commercial, development and land with interesting eye catching content
    • ​Stationary ordering for other team members and yourself
    • ​Sending out articles and content via Mailchimp software
    • ​Adding blogs to our website that other team members have prepared
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • ​Organisation and prioritising skills
    • ​Customer service focus to impress every customer
    • ​Calm under pressure
    • ​Able to meet deadlines
    • ​Not easily distracted
    • ​Multi tasking
    • ​Computer literate, Microsoft, Outlook, Internet etc
